How many of you set goals for yourself? Most people do it on a yearly basis. Some weekly, in the form of to do lists and work charts. But how many of you set daily goals?
Goal-setting is one of the most powerful things that someone can do for themselves. It maintains focus. I of all people should not preach about focus, but things are starting to get a lot more clear. After all, two businesses, five blogs, college, etc. The constant throughout has been maintaining a very good set of goals.
There is such a thing called self fulfilling prophecy. I could write a book on it, but in a nutshell it deals with people who visualize themselves (and others) achieving some desirable goal. For instance, I see myself making $100 a day online. The initial time frame was one year, an almost impossible feat. But I know it CAN happen, and I know it WILL happen. The time element is just to maintain focus.
With that being said, what do you see yourself accomplishing in the next year? How about next week? After all, the truly fantastic accomplishments of all time are nothing more than a collection of very small achievements that build on each other.
