I want to take a minute and write about the absolute, most underrated plugin in the Firefox add-on library. The plugin that makes SEO a breeze and critiquing websites a snap.
It is SEOquake.
SEO quake is the most complete SEO tool that I have seen online. In fact is the reason I reject the notion of switching to Opera, even though Firefox is a bit of a memory hog.
This add-on will give you a readout of every page you are on, in a simple bar across the top of the webpage. You can get everything from Google PR to back links to pages indexed. It does the same thing for MSN, Yahoo, and even some of the lesser known search engines. You can see how many diggs the site has, what technorati thinks of the site, and so on.
So if you are a blogger or web developer, check out the SEOquake site for more information. I promise, it will make a difference in your tasks on the internet.
